Visual Facilitation Packages

The standard package with a printing bundle, offering longevity to the record and enabling you to display the poster and share key messages with a wider audience.

This package includes:

• Briefing call and planning time
• Scribing at the event
• Completion of the record following the event
• Digital scanning and clean-up of record to produce a high and low-res digital image
• A printing bundle of the full size, digitally enhanced poster printed and laminated plus a ½ size PVC print

Available In the room or online as half or full day.

This package gives you everything in the standard package plus a visual synthesis that is developed in the studio post event. The live visual minute captures the detail energy and content from each of the speakers at an event. The synthesis takes this and any output from the breakout rooms, or facilitator’s notes, and presents back the key messages or learning that has emerged from the event. You will therefore have 2 visual representations that you will be able to use post event. The visual minute will be most relevant to those who attended, and the visual synthesis will be more meaningful for those who would like to understand more about the outcome of learning from the session.
